It has best possible and quiet setting really close to a peaceful and beautiful garden with homegrown vegetables and beautiful plants and flowers as well as where most buses stop for drop off/pick up. There's views of the mountains and lake.

Magnificent setting, really close to shops/restaurants, other tourist attractions and Hang Mua, Trang A grottoes and even Bai Dinh pagoda. Spacious and impressive rooms, all with beautiful garden with homegrown vegetables, comfortable beds, for example.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in Tam Coc. The location was perfect, with a peaceful outlook over the rice fields. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The Vietnamese food on the menu was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend this homestay.

Wanted to see Ninh Binh popular places and this apartment was interesting place for exploring most of them. Employees were affable and caring all the time. The service was great. Wish I stayed more than 2 nights; would stay here again.

The rooms here were amazing, with cozy beds and large bathrooms, and the location was perfect for me, being close to all the bars and restaurants I wanted to go to, and the surrounding area was beautiful.

Really great stay for one night. Stunning setting to collect us to go to the airport. Also - so close to Tam Coc and surroundings, a quiet area and restaurants and shops. Nice and very welcoming people working there. Savoury breakfast with hot ginger lemon tea and the fruit, for instance. Nice pool.

our honeymoon stay in Tam Coc was incredible! Tam Coc Mr.Loa Homestay exceeded our expectations. The stunning view of rice fields and mountains, the clean and comfy rooms, and the friendly and helpful staff made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

I had such a fantastic time at this homestay nestled in the beautiful countryside. The warm welcome I received from the family who owns the place made me feel right at home. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. It was impeccably clean and tidy. One of the highlights was being able to fish in their pond, which was so much fun. The homestay offered a peaceful and green environment, perfect for unwinding. The family even went above and beyond by fixing my motorbike when the key got jammed. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I genuinely believe this homestay deserves to charge more considering the exceptional experience they provide. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
